Effective June 1, 2020

In order to comply with the safety guidelines recommended since the Covid-19 Pandemic, and to protect our children and volunteers, Mina’s Foster Closet will be following these new policies:

 

*Closet Hours and Appointments: 

-Shopping and Donation Hours will be Thursdays 10:00am-7:00pm and Saturdays 10:00am-2:00pm. Emergencies will still be seen as needed. 

-All Shoppers and Donors must have an appointment. Appointments can be scheduled by clicking  HERE or by calling/texting at 330-536-9098

*Wellness Policy:

– No one who has been ill within the last 14 days or has been around someone else who has been ill in the last 14 days is permitted to enter the building. 

-Anyone entering the foster closet must wash or sanitize their hands, consent to having temperature taken, and wear a mask. Masks will be provided if you do not have one. 

-Only 3 people per family(including children) are permitted to enter the closet. We can make accommodations for large families through curbside pick up if needed. 

*Donations

-Appointments must be made for donations.

-Items will no longer be accepted in bags. Cardboard boxes or laundry baskets required. (we will have some available if needed.)

-Clothes must be neatly folded.

-All items must be clean and in good condition.

-Please do not donate items if you have been ill within the last 14 days, or if you have come into contact with someone who has been ill in the last 14 days. 

 -No one who is sick or has been around someone else who is ill is permitted to enter the building.

 *Shopping Rules

-Appointments must be made for all shoppers. No more than 3 people per appointment. If you are unable to find childcare and need to shop for your children, we can pack up the items requested and do a curbside exchange.
